Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a double-sided copper-clad laminate that suppresses creases and folds, and a pair of copper foil sheets used in the manufacturing method. The method using a first copper foil sheet and a second copper foil sheet comprises a first step of forming a resin layer on one side of the first copper foil sheet, and a second step of laminating the second copper layer on the resin layer and heating same to obtain a double-sided copper-clad laminate, wherein the first copper foil sheet has a stress of sA=EA×EB/(EA+EB)x(?LA-?LB)x1000, the second copper foil sheet has a stress of sB=EAxEB/(EA+EB)x(?LB-?LA)x1000, and |10xsY|=YSY is satisfied when a negative value between sA and sB is sY, where EA represents Young's modulus of the first copper foil sheet in the width direction when the first copper foil sheet is maintained at 350°C for 30 minutes, cooled to room temperature, and thereafter raised to and maintained at 350°C for 30 minutes and cooled to room temperature again, ?LA represents the ratio of the change in size of the first copper foil sheet in the width direction, and YSY represents 0.2% proof strength of the copper foil sheet in a tensile test. |
