PURPOSE: A treatment device of waste gas using plasma and a processing method of waste gas are provided to greatly improve invading abrasion, greatly reduce changing cost of negative electrode, and form stabled diffusion type plasma which is effective to mixture with waste gas and treatment of thermal decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A treatment of waste gas comprises an arc plasma torch(100) generating plasma by providing with operation gas through operation gas shifter pipe(120) and a reactor(200) which heat-decomposes processed gas with plasma. The operation gas is provided to move and turn around toward one-way direction according to circumference of the operation gas shifter pipe. The arc plasma torch comprises at least one of a first supply tube(110) which supplies operation gas; an operation gas shifter pipe; a negative electrode(130); and a positive electrode(140). An operation gas shifter pipe is connected to a first supply tube. The top-end part of negative electrode is positioned at the other side of operation gas shifter pipe. A positive electrode is formed by being connected to the operation gas shifter pipe, and separated with an interval from the top-end part of the negative electrode. The top-end part of the negative electrode is formed with a curve. |
