A vehicle shift lever assembly according to the present invention comprises a bracket (10) that is fixed to a vehicle frame; a shift lever (20) that is provided to be rotatable about a predetermined axis of rotation (5) in a shift direction and includes an electronic button member (21); a moving member (30) that rotates with respect to the bracket (10) in conjunction with the rotation of the shift lever (20); and an electronic actuator (40) that is operated to move a locking pin (45) backward with respect to the moving member (30) by receiving an operation signal transmitted when the electronic button member (21) is operated. Provided in the moving member (30) are a first locking portion (51) that is locked by the locking pin (45) and inhibits the rotation of the shift lever toward the front of a vehicle; a second locking portion (52) that is locked by the locking pin (45) and inhibits the rotation of the shift lever toward the back of the vehicle; and a third locking portion that is locked by the locking pin (45) and inhibits the rotation of the shift lever (20) in a first direction, which is one of the directions toward the front and the back of the vehicle, but allows the rotation of the shift lever (20) in a second direction, which is the other one thereof.
