The arrangement interval can be freely changed according to the arrangement interval of the transfer apparatus even though the component arrangement interval of the transfer apparatus is different from the punching device by making the first to eighth operation pieces move along the first and second transfer rails of the rail piece so that the interval of the first to eight operation pieces becomes far or narrow along the slope of the first to eight holes of the moving movable plate.
