The present invention relates to a lens eccentricity inspection method of an LED module using a concentric circle method and is to determine whether it is non-defective or defective depending on the measured result of eccentricity extent by comparing a central point of an LED chip and a position of a central point of a lens module, from an image obtained by irradiating white light and blue light on the LED module so as to inspect eccentricity and by shooting the reflected light using a UV camera.
