The present disclosure relates to a vehicle and a terminal interface control method thereof, and to a vehicle having one or more terminals for a vehicle which are mounted thereon or attached/detached thereto/therefrom, including: a transmission/reception unit for communicating with a mobile terminal of a driver and the terminal for a vehicle; a determination unit for determining the current travel state of the vehicle on the basis of position information and access information of the mobile terminal which the transmission/reception unit has received from the mobile terminal of the driver; and a control unit for performing a control to switch an interface of the terminal for a vehicle to a voice recognition mode or a touch mode according to the travel state of the vehicle determined by the determination unit. Since the interface mode of the mobile terminal of the user is automatically controlled to enable a control with only a voice recognition function, without using a hand nor moving his/her eyes to an image display device, while the driver is driving the vehicle, the safety of the driving can be ensured.
