A vehicle moving apparatus includes a torque transmitter (16) positioned on the outer circular plane of a wheel with a tire (15). A collar (50), is positioned on the inside circular plane of the tire (15) and flexible linear-force elements (31), routed radially around the outer diameter of the tire (15), connect the collar (50) to the torque transmitter (16). A source of torque or a torque arm (71) can be connected to the torque transmitter (16) that enables a single user to move a vehicle. |
