The present invention provides a microarray chip for detecting a nickel exposure, and a method for detecting the nickel exposure by using the same. The microarray chip for detecting the nickel exposure of the present invention can be used to advantage in a nickel exposure monitoring and risk determination, and can be utilized as a tool for elucidating a toxic action mechanism caused by the nickel.
