The present invention relates to a die-casting mold having a device for controlling a cross sectional area of a runner comprising: a linearly moving object which is arranged in a fixing mold to be able to move linearly, and where one end is in contact with a molten metal inside the runner; and a screw member which is screw-combined to a screw hole of the fixing mold, and which is always in contact with the linearly moving object by a spring. A cross sectional area of a runner can be accurately, easily, and rapidly controlled by a simple configuration. Maintenance of the controlled cross sectional area of a runner can be certainly, easily, and rapidly performed with inexpensive costs. Moreover, since a linearly moving object which is in contact with the molten metal inside a runner for controlling a cross sectional area of a runner comprises a first member and a second member combined to the first member to be able to be separated, a linearly moving object can be formed, and maintenance costs can be reduced. |
