Disclosed is a bin loading system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bin loading system comprises: a bin tray transfer unit for transferring a bin tray on which multiple bins are loaded; one or more bin loading units for taking out the bins from the bin tray transferred by the bin tray transfer unit to load the bins; and one or more buffer units between the bin tray transfer unit and the bin loading unit to receive and temporarily store the bin tray from the bin tray transfer unit in order to load the bins in the bin loading unit.
