A base station signal delay value according to a wireless call and a system classifying optical repeater signal delay value and providing a location based service is provided to delay wireless call transmitted to a mobile terminal from the optical repeater by installing a time delay element. A wireless base station(122) communicates with a mobile communications terminal(110) for the processing of a wireless call. An optical repeater(128) delays a wireless call transmitted to the mobile communications terminal from the wireless base station by using a time delay device(129). The location based service request signal is received from the mobile communications terminal. A location based service providing server(130) receives the radio environment parameter signal from the mobile communications terminal by the medium of the wireless base station or the optical repeater. The location based service providing server extracts the base station signal delay value or the optical repeater signal delay value from the radio environment parameter signal. The location based service providing server produces the location information of the mobile communications terminal by using the base station signal delay value or the optical repeater signal delay value. |
