PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain dust collection performance and prevent occurrence of abnormal noise by hardly allowing a micro dust filter to be turned over due to exhaust pressure and exhaust heat, even when the micro dust filter provided in an exhaust channel of an electric blower is clogged.SOLUTION: A micro dust filter 5 is clamped via a spacer 10 arranged between a sound proof pipe 6 and an outer member of the spacer 10, so that a downstream side of the micro dust filter 5 can be supported with the spacer 10. Consequently, the micro dust filter 5 is hardly turned over due to exhaust pressure and exhaust heat of an electric blower 3 even when the micro dust filter 5 is clogged, so that the dust collection performance can be maintained and the occurrence of abnormal noise can be prevented. |
