PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter any adverse influence on whose performance hardly occurs while maintaining downsizing.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 1 includes: a terminal board 5 on which a terminal is disposed; electrical wiring 16 directly or indirectly connected to the terminal; and an insulating transformer 25 for adjusting a power to a voltage suitable for a control board, and they are incorporated in a casing 4. In the casing 4, inter-terminal/converter wiring 16a as the electrical wiring 16 directly connected to the terminal is wired astride the insulating transformer 25. Then, a part of a mounting plate 13 for fixing the terminal board 5 to the casing 4 is disposed so as to be interposed between the inter-terminal/converter wiring 16a and the insulating transformer 25 so as to function as shielding means for shielding an electromagnetic noise which may be generated in the inter-terminal/converter wiring 16a. |
