PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech analyzing device or the like that can grasp whether or not a wearer wearing speech obtaining means is holding a conversation using a telephone.SOLUTION: A host device 20 includes: a data receiving unit 21 for receiving information on speech obtained by a first microphone 11 and a second microphone 12 that obtain speech and distinguish uttered speech of the wearer from uttered speech of a person other than the wearer; and a data analyzing unit 23 for determining whether or not the wearer is holding a conversation using a telephone using self-other distinguishing information, which is information on whether the speech obtained by the first microphone 11 and the second microphone 12 is the uttered speech of the wearer or the uttered speech of the other person.
