PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress burr generation caused by laser processing performed after a lower electrode is formed.SOLUTION: Burr generation is suppressed by a manufacturing method including the steps of: preparing a laminate in which an element substrate, a lower electrode, and a protective layer are laminated; laser-processing the laminate; and removing the protective layer from the laser-processed laminate.
