PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film that has sufficient adhesion between a sol-gel layer and a hard coat layer without alkali treatment.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection film according to the present invention is an anti-reflection film (1) that includes: a transparent base material (103); a hard coat layer (102) that is formed on one surface (103a) side of the transparent base material (103); a low refractive index layer (101) that is formed on an opposite side surface (102a) of the transparent base material (103) of surfaces of the hard coat layer; and an anchor layer (111) that is preferably formed by sputtering between the hard coat layer and the low refractive index layer.
