PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion granulation apparatus in which molten plastic can be prevented from staying between a breaker plate and a delivery port.SOLUTION: An extrusion granulation apparatus 1 for plastic composition includes: a cylinder 11 with molten plastic material supplied therein; a screw 12 inserting the inside of the cylinder and extruding the molten plastic material forward; a breaker plate 17 which disposed on the front surface of the cylinder, and has a material passage part having an outer diameter larger than an internal diameter of the cylinder; and a metal mold 18 which is disposed on the front surface of the breaker plate, and in which a delivery port 19 for molten plastic having passed through the material passage part is formed. A volume Vof a space 21 between the breaker plate and the delivery port is set to be equal to a volume Vobtained when the outer diameter of the material passage part is equal to a cylinder bore.
