PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium ion secondary battery which can obtain sufficient initial discharge capacity and furthermore, which can withstand the high-temperature storage test.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium ion secondary battery contains a nonaqueous solvent, an electrolyte, 0.05 to 4 mass% of fluoroethylene carbonate and 0.001 to 1 mass% of chain ether having tertiary carbon. |
