PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that allows various types of input without setting a complicated touch detection area, and is applicable to compact on-vehicle equipment.SOLUTION: An electrostatic touch panel 41 is divided into three areas: a left-side sensor area 71; a center sensor area 72; and a right-side sensor area 73. The wiring is formed of independent wirings 71a to 73a from the sensor areas 71 to 73, and a common loop wiring 74 arranged to surround the entire sensor areas.
