PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which is excellent in workability with an extended pot life, reaches a practical adhesive performance in a short maturing time, and is excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes: 100 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) including a monomer component composed of 0.1-9 pts.mass of a carboxyl-containing monomer (a-1), 0-1 pt.mass of a hydroxy-containing (meth)acrylic monomer (a-2) and 99.9-90 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylate monomer (a-3), wherein the total amount of (a-1), (a-2) and (a-3) is 100 pts.mass, the (meth)acrylic copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of about 100,000 to 2,000,000; 0.05 to 5 pts.mass of a carbodiimide crosslinker (B); and 0.01 to 0.3 pt.mass of a titanium coupling agent, zirconium coupling agent or hafnium coupling agent (C).
