PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film excellent in blocking resistance.SOLUTION: A resin film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate film 11; and an antistatic layer 12 formed on one side of the substrate film 11 and including a binder resin and a conductive material. The binder resin includes a polyurethane-based resin, a surface of the antistatic layer 12 has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 10 nm or more, and the conductive material includes a conductive polymer. |
