PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing alkoxy silane compound that can produce alkoxy silane compound from hydrosilane compound and alcohol using catalyst which is easy to be adjusted and usable repeatedly, under a mild reaction condition, and also a method of production that can selectively produce dialkoxy silane compound from trihydro silane compound.SOLUTION: A method for producing alkoxy silane compound according to the present invention is characterized to produce alkoxy silane compound from hydrosilane compound and alcohol in the presence of surface-gold-immobilized hydroxy apatite in which Au is immobilized on the surface of hydroxy apatite. |
