PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device in which drive failure can be prevented by removing physical damage and static electricity of a substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic light-emitting device includes a step for forming an organic light-emitting display panel, including a substrate, an organic light-emitting element formed on the substrate, and a thin film sealing layer covering the organic light-emitting element, on a support member, a step for separating the support member from the organic light-emitting display panel, a step for depositing a lower protective film under the organic light-emitting display panel, and a step for separating the organic light-emitting display panel into a plurality of organic light-emitting devices by cutting. The lower protective film may include a first static elimination layer for removing static electricity. |
