The present invention relates to a position accuracy improving device of vehicles including a wheel speed sensor sensing the speed of vehicle wheels, a steering angle sensor sensing a steering angle of a vehicle, a camera obtaining image information by photographing surroundings of the vehicle, and a vehicle position calculating part estimating a current position of the vehicle based on the image information obtained through the camera and an input value sensed from the steering angle sensor and the wheel speed sensor. The current position accuracy of the vehicle can be improved by determining the position of the vehicle by collecting position information of the vehicle based on the image information and position information of the vehicle based on a kinematics position calculation model.
