PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube in which fluctuation of a focal position on an anode target can be reduced.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 1 comprises: a glass housing 31 with which an emission window 31a is formed; a cathode 11 which is disposed within the housing 31 and emits an electron beam; a target support 22 of which one end face is disposed within the housing 31 and the other end face is disposed outside of the housing 31; and an anode target 21 which is provided on the one end face of the target support 22. An electron beam emitted from the cathode 11 is received by the anode target 21 and an X-ray generated in the anode target 21 is emitted from the emission window 31a of the housing 31. The target support 22 includes: a carbon-made first support 23; and a copper-made second support 24. The first support 23 is disposed within the housing 31, and the second support 24 is disposed outside of the housing 31. |
