PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a measurement error due to a position shift of an object when the object is arranged shifting in an axial direction of a pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a gap measuring device 1 which measures distances from an outer peripheral surface of a pipe to a plurality of objects arranged along a peripheral direction of the pipe, the gap measuring device 1 including: a signal acquisition part 11 which acquires an inspection signal when an eddy current flaw detection probe which does not have resolution in the peripheral direction of the pipe is scanned along an axis of the pipe; a feature quantity calculation part 15 which calculates an amplitude integrated value of an inspection signal; and a gap quantity determination part 16 which determines a gap quantity corresponding to the amplitude integrated value calculated by the feature quantity calculation part 15 using first information to which the amplitude integrated value and the gap quantity are related in advance.
