PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device capable of preventing a false signal due to the transfer timing of a plurality of transfer transistors.SOLUTION: A solid-state image pickup device comprises: a first transfer transistor (11A) for transferring an electric charge generated by a first photoelectric conversion part into a first floating diffusion; a second transfer transistor (11B) for transferring an electric charge generated by a second photoelectric conversion part into a second floating diffusion; and contact parts (12A, 12B) for connecting the gates of the first and second transfer transistors to a transfer control line. The first and second transfer transistors and the contract part are arranged in approximate line symmetry with respect to a separation part, and the values of the parasitic capacitance and parasitic resistance of a path to which a transfer pulse is supplied from the transfer control line to the first transfer transistor are almost equal to the parasitic capacity and parasitic resistance of a path to which the transfer pulse is supplied from the transfer control line to the second transfer transistor. |
