PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear car body structure of a vehicle capable of suppressing the increases of weight and costs while avoiding interference of a soundproof member with others, and reducing car external noise reaching the inside of a car room via the internal space of a side panel including two closed sectional parts.SOLUTION: A first closed sectional part 15 includes at least a side panel outer 61 and a reinforcing member 9, and a second closed sectional part 16 includes a side panel inner 62 and a reinforcing member 9. The first and second closed sectional parts 15 and 16 respectively include first and second sound proof members 11 and 12. The first and second sound proof members 11 and 12 and the first and second closed sectional parts 15 and 16 are arranged to be divided into a wheel house 5 side and a roof side. |
