PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing user's unintended charging in the case of double-sided printing.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 30 includes an image data processing part 35 for generating page data on the basis of print data, a printing work execution part 45 for forming images for two pages on both sides of each recording medium on the basis of the page data in the case that printing setting information designates double-sided printing, and a charging information generation part 39 for generating charging information. The image data processing part 35 generates edited image data for even-numbered pages including blank pages that do not correspond to the print data as page data in the case that the number of pages of images represented by the print data is an odd number and that the double-sided printing is designated. The charging information generation part 39 generates charging information without making the blank pages a charging object. |
