摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of a burr by preventing formation of a burr toward the inside in a radial direction of a relief pin 12.SOLUTION: An upper mold 21 is provided with an exhaust cylinder 10, and the exhaust cylinder 10 includes a cylinder body 11, and a relief pin 12 which is fitted to the cylinder body 11 and formed with a notch part 12a in an outer peripheral surface thereof. The relief pin 12 is movable between a projecting position and a storage position. The relief pin 12 is located at the storage position during foam molding, and located at the projecting position during removal of a burr of a foam after completion of the foam molding. The notch part 12a is formed by notching the outer peripheral surface of the relief pin 12 from a tip along a sliding direction with a uniform depth. The whole of the notch part 12a is drawn from the cylinder body 11 to be exposed inside the mold when the relief pin 12 is located at the projection position, and a start end 12b of the notch part 12a is exposed from an end 11a of the cylinder body 11 on the side opposite to the mold when the relief pin 12 is located at the storage position, whereby gas generated during foaming is discharged outside the mold through a gap formed by the notch part 12a.
