PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus which improves clamp assembly workability and enables a cylindrical pipe to be disposed at a proper fixed position.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus 1 includes: a semiconductor module 11; a cooler 12 including a pair of cylindrical pipes 123, 124; a frame 2 which holds the cooler 12; and a clamp 3 which fixes the cylindrical pipes 123, 124 to the frame 2. The clamp 3 includes: a pair of engaging parts 31; and a pressing part 32 which presses the cylindrical pipes 123, 124. The frame 2 includes: a pipe support part 24 which supports the cylindrical pipes 123, 124; and engaged parts 23 with which the engaging parts 31 may engage. The pressing part 32 presses the cylindrical pipes 123, 124 to the pipe support part 24 of the frame 2 and the pair of engaging parts 31 engages with the engaged parts 23. The structure allows the clamp 3 to fix the cylindrical pipes 123, 124 to the frame 2. |
