PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer substrate which allows for reduction in loss which occurs during transmission of signal.SOLUTION: A first component transmitting a signal and a second component, to which the signal is inputted, are installed in a multilayer substrate. A ground pattern is formed of a conductor on a surface layer, i.e., a first substrate, a signal line for transmitting the signal between the first component and second component is arranged on a second substrate, i.e., the next layer of the first substrate, and the signal line is not covered with the conductor of the first substrate at least partially. |
