PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tire vulcanizing mold, in which the integration precision of a sector, when the sector is integrated into a vulcanizer, can be improved.SOLUTION: A gypsum casting mold 9, which constitutes a circular mold and is used for molding the inner peripheral surface of the sector, and a segment member 2, which has a slope 3 and constitutes a segment to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the sector, are disposed while leaving a space therebetween to form a cavity 10b between the gypsum casting mold 9 and the segment member 2. A molten metal M is poured into the cavity 10b and solidified to cast the sector which has a molding face, to which a shape of the surface 9a of the gypsum casting mold 9 is transferred, on the inner surface thereof and the segment member 2 integrated outer peripheral surface. |
