PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus which does not require positioning even when a transmitter or an object to be detected moves.SOLUTION: The ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes a position information acquisition part which includes sensors attached to a transmitter, an ultrasonic probe, a fixing position, and an object to be detected respectively, receives a reference signal from the transmitter, and acquires position information on three-dimensional spaces of the respective sensors, and the ultrasound diagnostic apparatus positions an arbitrary cross section of the three-dimensional image data and a cross section scanned by an ultrasonic probe on the basis of position information of the three-dimensional image data obtained by another medical image diagnostic apparatus and the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus also calculates an amount of movement of the transmitter and a movement amount of the object to be detected and corrects positional deviation between the cross section of the three-dimensional image data and the cross section scanned by the ultrasonic probe on the basis of the movement amount of the transmitter and the amount of movement of the object to be detected. |
