A portable roaster of the present invention comprises: a main body having a burner and heater receiving space at an upper middle portion thereof, and a gas container receiving space at one side thereof; a heat shielding plate disposed inside the burner and heater receiving space of the main body; a gas burner fixedly installed in an upper portion inside the heat shielding plate; an electric heater assembly detachably installed in the heat shielding plate and the gas container receiving space; a gas container mounting assembly disposed at one side of the gas container receiving space; a burner body disposed at one side in the main body and connected to the gas burner; an ignition plug disposed at one side of the gas burner; an igniter disposed at one side in the main body and connected to the ignition plug; and a roasting pan detachably installed in an upper portion of the main body. Since the portable roaster of the present invention may selectively use either gas of a disposable gas container or electricity, cooking can still be continued even when there is no disposable gas container or gas is exhausted, and also cooking can be performed using gas of a disposable gas container in the open air where electricity is not supplied. |
