The present invention relates to refining apparatus producing high purity molten steel which includes: a tundish; a molten steel receiving part which is located inside the tundish and receives molten steel provided by a ladle; a droplet forming device having a droplet forming part which has a droplet hole that transforms the molten steel, provided from the molten steel receiving part, into a liquid droplet. The droplet hole is formed slanting to the droplet forming part. High purity molten steel is produced by shortening the length of a stream coming out of the droplet hole. |
