PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation sound-proof door capable of improving soundproof property while securing ventilation property, and moreover capable of improving an appearance, cleanability, and the like.SOLUTION: A ventilation sound-proof door 1 includes: a framing 2; a first decorative sheet 31 and a second decorative sheet 32; and acoustic materials 4 held by sash bar cross members 41 and sash bar stringers 42 which are joined in the form of a lattice. Second ventilation holes 211 and first ventilation holes 221 vertically penetrating are formed in an upper horizontal frame 21 and a lower horizontal frame 22, respectively; a first ventilation space 43 and a second ventilation space 44 are formed; and the second ventilation holes 211 and the first ventilation holes 221 are mutually communicated via the first ventilation space 43 and the second ventilation space 44. |
