PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane module capable of preventing the deformation of a tube plate by suppressing the deformation of a porous plate, and reducing a risk of breakage of the tube plate and the like.SOLUTION: A gas separation membrane module 100 includes: a hollow fiber element 140 having a large number of hollow fiber membranes and a tube plate 10 for adhering those; a container 110; a cover member 125 attached to the container 110; and a porous plate 170 formed with a plurality of through-holes 175 working as gas flow passages, and installed between the tube plate 10 and the cover member 125. (a)The porous plate 170 has a flat portion 171a generally contacted with the cover member 125 when installed, on a cover side surface.(b)A flow passage forming recessed portion 171b functioning as a gas flow passage is formed on another part of a surface on the cover side. (c)A through-hole 175 is formed over the flat portion 1a and the flow passage forming recessed portion 171b when viewed in a plane view direction of the porous plate so as to communicate to the flow passage forming recessed portion 171b. |
