摘要 <p>A method of manufacturing biodiesel by performing trans esterification of alcohol and fat comprises: a step of bringing in the alcohol and fat in which a metal precursor is dissolved to the inside of a reactor; a step of synthesizing the metal precursor, dissolved in the alcohol by having a solvent heat reaction inside the reactor, to a metal oxide and performing trans esterification of alcohol and fat by having the synthesized metal oxide as a catalyst at the same time; a step of respectively separating and obtaining biodiesel, glycerol and metal oxide which are formed through solvent heat reaction and trans esterification. The previously mentioned method is capable of secondarily improving the yield of biodiesel and obtaining metal oxide as a by-product at the same time by using the metal oxide which is formed through solvent heat reaction as the catalyst of trans esterification.
