PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily manufacturing a complicated, elaborate and large casting mold, by eliminating generation of a residue of a resin pattern incorporated in the casting mold by removing the resin pattern from a resin pattern-incorporated casting mold, without burning the resin pattern.SOLUTION: A casting mold-manufacturing method comprises: a refractory material covering resin pattern molding process of molding a refractory material covered resin pattern by covering a refractory material on an outer surface of the resin pattern having the same shape and structure as a casting manufactured and cast from a soluble resin; a resin pattern-incorporated casting mold casting process of molding a resin pattern-incorporated casting mold by hardening of the refractory material by heating the refractory material covered resin pattern; and a casting mold forming process of manufacturing the casting mold by heating and baking the residual refractory material by eluting the resin pattern from the resin pattern-incorporated casting mold by immersing the resin pattern-incorporated casing mold in a resin solution. Thus, the generation of the residue is eliminated by removing the resin pattern from the resin pattern-incorporated casing mold without burning the resin pattern, and the complicated, elaborate and large casting mold can be easily manufactured. |
