PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-main device interface device which makes it possible for both main devices to function normally even when a first-standard main device and a second-standard main device coexist in a main device system.SOLUTION: The inter-main device interface device includes: a control data interface unit provided between a first-standard main device and a second-standard main device in order for a control unit included in the second-standard main device to be operated on the basis of control data outputted from the first-standard main device; and a content data interface unit provided between the first-standard main device and the second-standard main device in order for the second-standard main device controlled by the control unit operated by control data to relay the content data transmitted or received by a base station connected to the first-standard main device and the content data transmitted or received by a base station connected to the second-standard main device by multiplexing and demultiplexing those content data.
