PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of controlling an exposure operation with a simple configuration about a composite image by high dynamic range composition, and a solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an image processor has an EV (exposure value) calculation part 31 for main control, and an EV calculation part 32 for sub control. The EV calculation part 31 for main control calculates an EV 41 for main control on the basis of one designated as a signal for main control between a long time exposure image signal S1 being a first image signal and a short time exposure image signal S2 being a second image signal. The signal for sub control is one other than the signal for main control between the long time exposure image signal S1 and the short time exposure image signal S2. The signal for sub control is a signal that makes the signal for main control follow brightness adjustment. The EV calculation part 32 for sub control multiplies the EV 41 for main control calculated by the EV calculation part 31 for main control by high dynamic range magnification M to be an EV 42 for sub control. |
