PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve that reduces a high precision processing process and can be easily assembled under utilization of caulking processing at a low cost and fast speed.SOLUTION: The present invention is an electromagnetic valve comprising: a housing formed with a flow passage and a valve fitting hole communicated with the flow passage; a cylindrical member arranged in the valve fitting hole; a coil arranged at an outer periphery of the cylindrical member; a core arranged at one side of the cylindrical member to generate suction force when the coil is electrically energized; a valve body moved along an axis of the cylindrical member under suction force when the coil is electrically energized; a body arranged within the valve fitting hole while receiving the other end of the cylindrical member and provided with a cylindrical flange at the extremity end of an opening side of the valve fitting hole; a seat member arranged at an inner periphery of the body and formed with a flow passage that is opened or closed in response to moving-toward or moving-away action of the valve body; a ring arranged along an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part of the cylindrical flange and a seal portion in which at least a part of the housing is caulked and deformed to reduce a diameter of the cylindrical part of the cylindrical flange so as to restrict leakage of working fluid from inside the valve fitting hole.
