Provided is a technology for reducing a load on a system when online coupons are issued. In a method for issuing bulk coupon, which is given to a user account having accessed to an online server and exchangeable for goods on sale in at least one of online and offline places, to the user account through a network by a bulk coupon issuing server, the method for issuing bulk coupon according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: generating at least one coupon number which is a serial number corresponding to at least one coupon and storing the at least one coupon number in a coupon number pool; if receiving a coupon search input from a user who has accessed to the online server using an account, searching the coupon number pool using at least one coupon search condition included in the coupon search input; obtaining at least one coupon number corresponding to the coupon search condition as a result of searching the coupon number pool; and generating at least one coupon using the obtained at least one coupon number and issuing the at least one coupon to the account of the user.
