A method for manufacturing metal roof tiles according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of molding a metal base plate by using a metal sheet; (b) a step of forming a mineral coating layer on a surface of the metal base plate by coating the surface of the metal base plate with an adhesive agent, and then attaching mineral substances to the surface of the metal base plate; and (c) a step of curing the mineral coating layer formed on the metal base plate by heating the mineral coating layer. The adhesive is composed of: 2-ethyl hexyl acryalte (2-EHA) and methacrylic acid (MMA) as main monomers; a surfactant; and 50% of N-methylol acrylamide (N-MAM-P) and a monomer containing a phosphate group as functional monomers. The step of curing is to maintain a temperature of 50°C for five minutes, a temperature of 70°C for 120 minutes, and then a temperature of 130°C for five minutes to cure the mineral coating layer. The method for manufacturing metal roof tiles according to the present invention is provided to cure the mineral substance, which is coated on the metal plate, for a reduced period of time at the lower temperature than those of conventional methods.
