The present invention relates to a content providing service system, a method thereof, and a device applied to the same. Namely, the present invention provides an effective content providing service by preferentially assigning transmission resources for transmitting real-time content, among the total transmission resources which can be assigned to a specific point, to a user device which requests the real-time content related to a request for reserved reservation content and the real-time content in which reception from the respective user devices is requested in the specific point, and by assigning the transmission resources to at least a part of the user devices among the user devices which request the reservation content, based on the availability of the other transmission resources excluding the transmission resources preferentially assigned from the total transmission resources.
