PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support process planning taking into account a group of workers with different skill levels.SOLUTION: On the basis of worker group attribute data formed by including working efficiency and a ratio of workers in a group for each worker group set by a worker group attribute data setting unit 12 and base process data acquired by a base process data acquisition unit 12, a processing device 1 performs default setting on process planning data and stores it in a process planning data storage unit 23. For each work process included in the process planning data, a worker group assignment processing unit 14 updates work manhours, a work start date, and a work completion date of the work process on the basis of the worker group attribute data assigned to the work process, and displays the updated process planning data on a display device 4.
