PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update an address table of a network apparatus in a core network side while suppressing traffic in the core network.SOLUTION: If a repeater 400 changes an access network 200 that relays during communication between a user terminal 310 and a core network 100, it transmits a line switching frame which has an address of the user terminal 310 as a transmission source address from a port connected an access network 200 which is an access network after change.
