PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a curtain shield airbag capable of preventing surplus load from being applied to a rear pillar garnish in deployment of an airbag, and simplifying a structure of a part for fitting a rear pillar garnish to a body.SOLUTION: An airbag body 2 of an airbag 1 has a folded-back part 22 at the rear end thereof. The base end part 221 of the folded-back part 22 is disposed opposite to the vicinity of a parting boundary part 53 between the rear pillar garnish 52 fitted to the interior side with respect to a body and a ceiling material 51 fitted to the interior side with respect to the body. The rear end part of a resin guide case 3 is provided with a guide wall part 31 opposite to the rear side with respect to the base end part 221 of the folded-back part 22 so that when the folded-back part 22 of the airbag part 2 is deployed while pushing out a part of the ceiling material 51, the folded-back part 22 does not collide with the rear pillar garnish 52.
