The present invention relates to a device for feeding pipes and a pipe feeding method using the device and, more particularly, to a pipe feeding device and a pipe feeding method using the pipe feeding device for automatically feeding a large amount of pipes to a pipe machining facility. The present invention can increase the feeding efficiency of the pipes into the pipe machining facility by transferring the potential energy of a loading part lifted by a first driving source and the kinetic energy caused by the movement of a transfer belt to the pipes loaded on the loading part. Especially, the present invention can increase an operating ratio by preventing the pipes from being entangled due to bent pipes, or disentangling the entangled pipes by shaking the loading part with the first driving source operated when a sensing part sense the feeding of the pipes.
